Our Story
ROAST Coffee Company is the result of the collaboration between San Francisco based wine & spirits director, Andrew Green and local master roaster Alex Roberts; who came together in 2008 to establish ROAST Coffee Company in an effort to provide coffee lovers with unique and high quality artisanal brews.
Specializing in small batch roasting techniques, all of our specialty grade coffee sourced is organic, shade grown, and fair trade whenever possible. Utilizing a vintage Probat roaster, we follow the time honored traditional methods of roasting each varietal individually on a weekly basis to ensure consistent quality and freshness.
