The Coffees
Beautiful coffee begins at the farm. Alex Roberts carefully selects specialty grade coffee from around the globe based on his relationships with small farmers and the seasonality of green coffee. He roasts each varietal individually in small batches, no larger than 20 pounds to ensure consistent quality and freshness at all times. At ROAST, a collection of roasting styles are practiced which allows them to roast each varietal to its best quality, showcasing the true characteristics of the coffee. Every single order is prepared in small batches and roasted to order.
